The role
Deliver evidence-based care for patients with substance use needs. Work in a multidisciplinary team focused on harm minimisation, recovery, and continuity of care.

You’ll be doing

• AOD assessments + care planning
• Withdrawal management + OST
• Education + relapse prevention
• Collaborating across mental health & primary care
• Maintaining high clinical standards

You’ll bring

• RN (AHPRA) registration - Unrestricted
• AOD qualification (completed or in progress)
• Experience in AOD, Mental Health or Primary Care
• Strong clinical judgement + communication skills
• A genuine interest in complex, vulnerable populations
