Our core specialities include, orthopaedics, heart and lung surgery, head and neck surgery, neurosurgery, urology, vascular surgery, upper GI/hepatobiliary surgery, ear, nose and throat surgery, colorectal surgery, gynaecology, neurology, plastic and reconstructive surgery, cancer services and mental health.

This role is for a permanent Night Duty nurse.

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing clinical care and medication management

• Collaborating with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team

• Leading and mentoring care staff to ensure best practice

• Maintaining accurate documentation and care plans

• Promoting a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment

What We're Looking For from you:

• Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency.

• Demonstrated effective time management skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads within a complex environment.

• Demonstrated evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking and analysis in their daily practice as a registered nurse

• Demonstrated ability to work within the interdisciplinary team using effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
