Located in Coffs Harbour this well established not-for-profit organisation is seeking a Registered Nurse for their 100 bed facility. The organisation, has a well established track record forged over a period of ninety years. The role is well-paid and the care services are supportive to their staff and residents alike.

This position is an ideal opportunity for a Registered Nurse with two plus years experience, to forge an ideal work/life balance at a facility, situated just above the beautiful Boambee Valley and only 5 minutes from the Coffs Harbour town centre. From the calmness of golden beaches to the magic of tropical rainforest, residents get inspiration from all the natural features that the Coffs Harbour area has to offer.

Requirements

Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse through (AHPRA)

Experience in Aged Care or Allied Health, with a minimum of two years post-graduate nursing experience

Proven skills in clinical care, clinical decision making

Enjoys the challenge of managing clinical staff and supporting their care delivery to the residents

An in-depth understanding of continuous improvement

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Skills and passion to assist the residents in the delivery of high quality care.
