Job Description - Registered Nurse|East Maitland

Located in East Maitland, this well established not-for-profit organisation is seeking a Registered Nurse for their 110 bed facility.

This position is an ideal opportunity for a Registered Nurse with two plus years experience, to forge an ideal work/life balance in a leafy, peaceful setting while having all the conveniences of being close to a comprehensive array of shops and services. Requirements

Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse through (AHPRA)

Experience in Aged Care or Allied Health, with a minimum of two years post-graduate nursing experience

Proven skills in clinical care, clinical decision making

Enjoys the challenge of managing clinical staff and supporting their care delivery to the residents

An in-depth understanding of continuous improvement

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Skills and passion to assist the residents in the delivery of high quality care.
