Relationship Manager

As a Relationship Manager, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of Commercial business clients. You'll focus on winning new-to-bank customers and developing large business connections with lending. This full-time role which can be based in the CBD or Mulgrave BBC, offers flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. You'll drive growth, source new business through marketing initiatives, and maintain a quality referral network. You'll be out meeting clients, building relationships, and working closely with internal teams. Additionally, you'll take the lead in coaching and mentoring your team. 

What do I need?  

• Strong experience in commercial lending, including working capital solutions and leveraged cashflow lending  


• Excellent credit skills and experience with complex deal structuring  


• Proven track record in business development and acquiring new clients  


• A well-established network of referral sources and brokers  


• Natural people skills and a passion for helping clients succeed
