• Bring your passion for creating create pubs and guests experiences to our refurbishment & relaunch program
• Based in Brisbane or Melbourne

As the Relaunch Publican, you’ll drive the successful execution of our pubs F&B refresh and refurbishment projects, while simultaneously empowering the broader operations team and building capacity.

You’ll play a pivotal role in driving agility and innovation across our Pubs portfolio by being the bridge between creative concept and operational reality - ensuring our F&B projects launch fast, light, and right.

You will ensure all internal teams seamlessly navigate the established relaunch program process, guaranteeing that new initiatives are launched smoothly, on time, and aligned with company standards.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• Project Leadership: Lead the operational execution of your own portfolio of pub refurbishments from ideation to launch.
• Operational Enablement: Support and coach the operations team to navigate the disruption of a refurbishment with minimal impact. 
• Process Governance: Serve as the gatekeeper for the established relaunch program process, ensuring compliance, consistency, and high-quality execution across all operational launches.
• Coordination & Facilitation: Manage project launch coordination and facilitation incorporating all relevant internal stakeholders, including Operations teams and supporting corporate functions.
• Build Capability: Support capability development of operational teams to deliver an elevated guest experience that aligns with the venue repositioning.
  
   

Now let’s talk about you: 

• Extensive experience as a senior Publican.
• Experience in hospitality refurbishments and launching venues.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage, gaming and licensed venue operations.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and developing capability of others.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L management.
• Experience managing labour, stock control and operational performance.
• The ability to drive revenue growth and identify business opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A hands-on, solutions-focused leadership style.
• This role will require regular travel nationally.
