Accounts Receivable Manager

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join a growing business undergoing significant expansion and transformation.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of the receivables function and driving process improvement in a fast-paced commercial environment. The business is investing heavily in systems, automation, and operational efficiency, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys improving workflows and building scalable processes.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee the full accounts receivable lifecycle while helping modernise the function through better use of technology, automation, and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable function, including billing, collections, credit management, and cash allocation


• Oversee and improve receivables processes to increase efficiency and accuracy


• Maintain strong data integrity and reporting standards within NetSuite


• Assist with the implementation of automation and process improvement initiatives across the AR function


• Monitor cash flow performance and provide reporting and insights to leadership


• Manage customer queries and complex billing issues professionally and effectively


• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with accounting standards and company policies


• Lead, support, and develop the AR function as the business continues to scale

• Minimum 5 years’ experience within Accounts Receivable, including leadership or supervisory experience


• Strong NetSuite experience is essential


• Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies


• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment


• Strong understanding of cash flow management and collections best practice


• Interest in systems, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives will be highly regarded
