Job Description - Business Improvement Manager Finance

Eden Ritchie is seeking a Business Improvement Manager Finance responsible for providing high-level financial management, analysis, and advisory services to support budget reviews and expenditure strategies.

Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension
Location: Fully Remote with occasional travel at client’s expense

As the Business Improvement Manager Finance, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting detailed financial analysis and management of key costs.
Collaborating closely with business managers and clinicians to provide credible financial advice and improve budget management.
Reporting on the financial performance of cost centres, including budget tracking and variance analysis.
Supporting the Acting COO in addressing financial deficits and implementing corrective strategies.
Contributing to a review of the annual budget and assisting in developing actionable plans to reduce costs.

Desirable Requirements & Skills:

At least 10 years of experience in financial roles.
Proven ability to engage with clinicians and senior stakeholders.
CPA qualification or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience working in large-scale organisations.

Mandatory Requirements:

Previous experience in the health sector
