Job Description - Customer Service & Wholesale Support for a Retail Company in Australia (Home Based Full Time)

â¢ Process daily wholesale orders accurately within required cut-off times
â¢ Respond to customer, wholesaler, and stockist enquiries via email
â¢ Conduct monthly stock reconciliation between ERP and warehouse systems
â¢ Follow up with existing wholesale stockists to maintain engagement
â¢ Assist with lead generation and prospect outreach for new wholesale accounts
â¢ Support the founders with general operational and administrative tasks
