Job Description - Marketing Support for a Construction Company in Australia (Home Based Full Time)

â¢ Support the Brand Manager and Marketing Coordinator with graphic design and marketing resource documentation

â¢ Create and update marketing documents using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop based on existing templates

â¢ Create new website listings and update existing website content and data

â¢ Maintain and update administrative worksheets and records

â¢ Edit product swatches, including updating background colors and adding grout effects to tile swatches

â¢ Resize images and manage file naming conventions

â¢ Create product labels with QR codes

â¢ Organize and maintain digital files and folders

â¢ Assist with website updates using platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, and Textpattern

â¢ Support email marketing activities using Mailchimp as required

â¢ Perform general administrative and file management tasks using Google Drive
