Nurse Practitioner | Longevity & Metabolic Health

Fully Remote, Australia | Permanent Part Time, 3 to 4 Days | $100 to $130 per hour

Help shape the clinical model of a new Australian longevity and wellness service from the beginning. This is a permanent part-time opportunity for an experienced NP who wants meaningful patient relationships, genuine clinical influence and more than a high-volume telehealth scripting role.

About the Business

A new Australian longevity and wellness business is preparing to launch with a personalised, clinically led model spanning metabolic health, body composition, hormonal health, healthy ageing, performance, recovery, sleep, cognition and overall wellbeing. The service is designed around comprehensive assessment, pathology, informed decision-making and ongoing patient care.

The Opportunity

You will join early and work collaboratively with the founding team to help shape clinical pathways, prescribing frameworks, patient care and governance. Treatment options will include established medicines alongside compounded peptide therapies where clinically appropriate; clinical authority remains with the treating NP, including the decision not to prescribe.

The business has engaged external specialist support to establish its clinical governance framework, SOPs and required clinical processes, alongside an established Australian compounding pharmacy relationship. You will provide clinical oversight, contribute improvements and help ensure the model continues to develop safely and responsibly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct comprehensive telehealth consultations with patients across Australia.


• Review medical history, pathology, patient goals and treatment suitability.


• Prescribe within your individual scope of practice and independent clinical judgement.


• Order and interpret baseline and ongoing pathology, with continuing monitoring and treatment reviews.


• Work with compounded peptide therapies where clinically appropriate.


• Help shape clinical pathways, prescribing protocols, governance and patient-safety processes.


• Develop clear patient education and collaborate with the founders and external clinical stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• AHPRA-endorsed Nurse Practitioner with independent prescribing experience and strong clinical judgement.


• Relevant experience in metabolic or hormonal health, weight management, general practice, chronic disease, women's or men's health, preventative healthcare, longevity medicine or a related field.


• Confident working autonomously, maintaining clinical independence and contributing constructive recommendations.


• Committed to patient-centred, longitudinal care rather than transactional prescribing.


• Previous peptide experience is advantageous, but not essential for a suitably experienced NP with genuine interest in the area.
