About the Role

• Managing a caseload of participants and designing therapy programs to work towards achieving participant outcomes.
• Using clinical skills and professional opinion to develop participant centered goals specific to the client’s circumstances.
• Accessing clinical mentors and leaders to support your growth and knowledge ($5000 PD budget P/A) .
• Provide best practice evidence-based support services that increase participants life skills and independence.
• Conduct assessment and provide recommendations to successfully adapt environments for participants including the provision of assistive technology.

Essential Requirements

• Masters or Bachelor Degree in Speech Pathology
• Speech Pathology Australia Certified Practicing registration
• Masters or Bachelor
• A current Drivers License and reliable vehicle
• Working With Children Check/ Blue Card
• National Police Check
• NDIS check
• COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
• The ability to work independently and within a collaborative environment
• Excellent communication, time management, and client management skills
