Reporting & Insights Manager

What you'll do

• Define and deliver a reporting, insights and data governance roadmap that aligns with operational priorities and supports long-term performance outcomes.
• Lead the delivery of reporting and analytics solutions that enable self-service insights and improve decision making across the business.
• Collaborate with technology, data and risk teams to improve data structures, governance, and access to trusted information.

• Drive key accountabilities to effectively deliver Enlighten productivity support for Operational Excellence and the broader C&PI business.

• Establish and support data governance risk maturity uplift.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide cost, benefit and performance analysis that informs planning and investment decisions.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to understand business needs and translate them into meaningful solutions.
• Lead and develop a team, creating a supportive environment that builds capability, accountability and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring 

• Demonstrated experience leading reporting or analytics functions, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
• Proven leadership experience, including coaching and developing teams to achieve strong outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of data tools such as Tableau, Cognos, Redshift or SQL-based platforms, applied to real business challenges.
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions through data-driven insights and commercial thinking.
• Understanding of data governance, risk and compliance, with a focus on ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
