We are excited to announce an opportunity to join the Aged Care leadership team as the Residential Services Strategic Initiatives Manager. In this permanent full-time role, you will lead the development and implementation of key strategic projects to enhance the quality, efficiency, and sustainability of our residential aged care services.
This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of 3 days working from home and 2 days based in our Redfern office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to a very experienced General Manager Residential Services, this role leads strategic initiatives to improve care quality, performance, and compliance within Residential Services. Focused solely on aged care operations, it translates strategy into action, aligning with frontline needs and sector standards. A key opportunity to drive meaningful change and enhance outcomes for residents and care teams. Monthly interstate travel is required to support residential sites, based on operational needs.
