Job Description - Rn Div1 G3 / Kurrajong Low Care


Available Hours


20 Hours per week permanant + 12 Hours per week fixed termuntil April 2028


 


Join our caring and committed aged care teams across Horsham - Wimmera Nursing home). You’ll deliver quality, resident-focused care while enjoying a regional lifestyle and opportunities for growth. Flexible hours available with the option to take on more as positions open.


 


Key Responsibilities



  • Caring for a diverse range of residents in varied care settings

  • Participate in the provision of resident focussed, holistic care

  • Plan, implement and evaluate evidence based nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for our residents

  • Work collaboratively with the Care Community Manager to facilitate and foster best practice standards in nursing care to residents and their families and carers


 


Qualifications and experience



  • Eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and hold a current Practicing Certificate 

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain

  • Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills, commensurate with experience

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028. The classification is Registered Nurse Grade 2 (YP2 - YP9) which ranges from $42.60 - $54.40 per hour.
