The Role
We are Universal Music Australia (UMA), part of the Universal Music Group — the world’s leading music company. In everything we do, we are committed to artistry, innovation and entrepreneurship. We are seeking a highly organised and process driven Royalty Coordinator to support royalty operations across Australia and New Zealand, with primary responsibility for managing the end-to-end royalty process for Universal Music New Zealand (UMNZ).
This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate accounting, timely payments, system integrity, and high quality stakeholder support. Working closely with Business Affairs, artists, managers, and internal teams, you will provide guidance on royalty processes, contract interpretation, and system requirements, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the ANZ business.
This is a 12-month parental leave contract position
