SailPoint IdentityNow

Qualifications:

·       Minimum 5+ years overall IT experience

·       Minimum 2+ years’ experience and working experience of SailPoint IDN(IdentityNow)

·       Extensive knowledge of security applications, specifically around identity management and account creation/maintenance, as well as 3rd party IAM offerings.

·       Experience with any programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, and SQL with a high proficiency in Java development.

·       Experience with the any web technologies: XML, SCIM, Web and Application Servers, HTML.

·       Familiarity with Roles Based Access Control.

·       English language proficiency required.

·       Good communication skills and experience working with clients and partners.

·       Experience in IAM Support/Operations managing Incidents/Tasks/Changes/Problems

·       Experience with business requirements, design, and documentation of IAM products.

Preferred:

·       SailPoint IDN Professional Certification or training and/or SailPoint IDN Engineer Certification or training.

Responsibilities:

·       Support and administration of SailPoint IdentityNow

·       Integration and customization of SailPoint IdentityNow in client environment

·       Developing Java custom code, custom connectors, and interfaces with other enterprise or cloud -based systems like SAP and ServiceNow

·       Communicating to clients, vendors and others about aspects of the product and about the implementation at the technical and/or functional level

·       Developing use cases, testing, debugging, support and maintenance

·       Interfacing with the client for requirements, customizations, product functionality, and feedback

·       Leading demos of configurations and customizations and general product OOTB features

·       Preparing technical and user documentation
