Salaried Mortgage Broker

We work closely with clients to understand their goals, navigate lender options, and deliver solutions that genuinely fit their circumstances.

In this role, you will work with clients in their lending journey, from the first conversation to settlement and beyond. You will assess each client’s goals and borrowing capacity, recommend the right structure across our lender panel, and build trusted relationships that lead to strong outcomes, repeat business, and long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Give clients expert, compliant advice that genuinely serves their interests.
• Convert warm leads into well-structured, settled loans.
• Build a loyal client base and strong referral relationships.
• Uphold Azura’s six star standard on every deal.

• Certificate IV qualification and current MFAA or FBAA industry membership.
• 2+ years of experience in residential lending, with hands-on experience managing the full mortgage broker workflow from needs analysis through deal structuring and pipeline management.
• Strong knowledge of lender policy and experience providing Australian credit advice in line with Australian credit obligations.
• Experience with mortgage broking systems, including aggregator CRM, ApplyOnline, Quickly, and servicing calculators.
• Proven ability to work effectively with borrowers, lenders, and referral partners such as real estate agents, accountants, or financial planners.
• Eligible to work in Australia.
• A Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking is a plus.
