The Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sales Administrator to support our Account Managers and assist with customer enquiries, ensuring that accurate estimates and quotes are provided in a timely manner. Working closely with the Sales team, the successful candidate will need to follow up on project leads/quotes and book all sample requests.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with external Sales team to understand their requirements and that they understand our capabilities, as well as promoting the full range of Viridian products 
• Ensure all customer Quotes are processed and delivered to the standard required within agreed time frames. 
• Provide administration support to the Sales team, including organising samples for Account Managers 
• Follow up on all quotes with Customers  

Our ideal candidate

• Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing/processing industry 
• Strong knowledge of the glass industry and products 
• Excellent verbal and written communications 
• Ability to build trusting relationships with internal and external customers 
• Proactive self starter with a positive attitude 
• High level of attention to detail 
• Intermediate MS Officer – Excel, Word and CRM
