JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you an accomplished professional with a passion for sales, customer service, and operational excellence? Hello Home Doctor Service (HHDS) is seeking a Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver exceptional after-hours healthcare services to communities across Australia.

Due to the growth of our business, we are recruiting for multiple positions in the following locations:-

  • Blackstone 4304 (QLD)
  • Melbourne 3004 (VIC)
  • Hindmarsh 5007 (SA)
  • North Hobart 7000 (TAS)

Your Role

As a Sales and Operations Coordinator, you will:

Sales Support

  • Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders including General Practices, Residential Aged Care Facilities and key healthcare stakeholders. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients, driving business growth and expanding our healthcare footprint.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage and update client data within our CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate scheduling, workflows, and job monitoring to support seamless operations.
  • Compile and deliver insightful reports on sales performance, operational effectiveness, and client satisfaction.

Customer Service

  • Deliver outstanding customer support, ensuring that client needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Proactively resolve issues and implement solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Foster trust and loyalty through transparent communication and personalised service.

Process Improvement

  • Evaluate and refine sales and operational processes to enhance service delivery.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and client feedback to propose innovative solutions.

 

What You Bring to the Role

Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, customer service, or administration within healthcare or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills:

  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Attributes:

Education:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
