Job Description - Sales Capability Lead

About the Role



The Sales Capability Lead plays a key role in supporting the rollout and operationalisation of new and existing products across the Electrify and Future Energy portfolio, focused on accelerating Origin’s transition to a cleaner energy future. This role works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure products are launched smoothly, meet compliance requirements, and transition effectively into business-as-usual. You’ll focus on delivery timelines, change management, and continuous improvement to reduce effort and improve outcomes for customers, partners, and frontline teams. 



Key Responsibilities


 



  • Support the operational rollout of new products, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure successful market launches

  • Manage the transition of new products into business-as-usual operations, ensuring processes and controls are in place

  • Oversee changes to the existing product suite and manage these through agreed change forums and pipelines

  • Develop and manage delivery timelines for product initiatives and operational changes

  • Capture, document, and communicate delivery requirements clearly across stakeholders

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to reduce effort, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance


 


About You


 


You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, change-driven environment and enjoys working across teams to get things done. You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while influencing outcomes.


 


You’ll bring:


 



  • Experience working within the energy industry and/or complex operational environments

  • Proven experience supporting or delivering change programs

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and negotiate balanced outcomes

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills

  • A proactive, self-led approach with a continuous improvement mindset
