About the role

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative – AI Product Activation to join our Revenue team.

This is an SDR role with a difference.

You'll still be at the front line of our growth – prospecting, qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for our sales team – but you'll also play a key role in helping our customers activate and adopt Rex AI.

You'll connect with both prospective and existing customers, helping them understand how Rex's products can solve real-world problems and showing them how our AI capabilities can make their day-to-day work easier and more effective.

You'll work across our broader product portfolio, including Rex CRM, Rex Reach, Rex Sites, Rex Property Management and Rex AI, with particular focus on helping customers get value from AI Assist, AI Prospecting, AI Nurture and AI Manage.

It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales and building relationships, but is equally curious about technology, AI and how customers actually use products.

What you'll do

Sales development

• Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, emails, social media, networking and targeted outreach


• Build a strong understanding of the Rex Software Group product portfolio and the problems our products solve


• Qualify prospects by understanding their goals, challenges, priorities and budget


• Clearly communicate the value of Rex's products and tailor conversations to each prospect


• Schedule meetings and product demos for the wider sales team


• Conduct timely follow-ups, answer questions and help overcome initial objections


• Keep your CRM pipeline accurate, organised and up to date


• Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach strategies, messaging and campaigns


• Meet and exceed KPIs for lead generation, meetings booked and pipeline contribution

AI product activation & adoption

• Help new and existing customers activate and start using Rex AI features


• Proactively connect with customers who have access to AI capabilities but aren't yet getting the most from them


• Run calls, walkthroughs and follow-ups that make AI practical and approachable for non-technical users


• Share relevant prompts, use cases and examples that help customers see immediate value from Rex AI


• Track AI activation and adoption across accounts and identify opportunities for further engagement


• Support Rex AI product launches and adoption campaigns through targeted customer outreach


• Share customer feedback, common objections and usage insights with our Product and Customer Success teams


• Stay across our evolving AI capabilities so you can confidently explain what's new and how customers can use it


• Help the broader Sales and Customer teams stay informed about Rex AI capabilities, use cases and positioning

What we're looking for

You don't need to be an AI expert. We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, confident with customers and genuinely curious about technology and AI.

Experience in SaaS sales, business development, customer onboarding or product activation would be highly regarded, as would exposure to real estate, property management or PropTech – but we're equally interested in people with the right mindset and potential.
