CPI Sales Engineer

Job Purpose : To maximize sales and profitability through building strong relationships with existing customers and developing new customers.


Role: Develop a deep understanding of company products, resolve customer challenges with broad expertise, and drive product sales through effective solutions.


Mission : To expand the CPI product market by maximizing customer satisfaction and building long-term trusted relationships.

Key Responsibilities / Duties


  • Provide timely reporting to supervisors

  • Manage and utilize CRM tools

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers

  • Develop new customers

  • Identify customer needs and deliver optimal proposals

  • Contract execution and after-sales follow-up including delivery control

  • Plan and execute sales activities to achieve sales targets

  • Create proposals in cooperation with headquarters technical departments

  • Prepare quotations and contracts and conduct negotiations

  • Plan, execute, and participate in exhibitions and seminars

  • Report sales performance and manage KPIs

  • Analyze competitor activities

  • Understand CPI and individual P&L and maximize sales and profitability

Required Skills / Qualifications


  • Business-level Japanese proficiency (required)

  • Experience in customer negotiations

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge

  • Basic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competency


  • Sales experience with CPI-related products

  • Ability to conduct business in English

  • Technical presentation skills

  • Experience using CRM tools
