Maverick Campers is a growing force in the Australian off -road camper industry, known for building tough, high -quality campers designed for real adventure. We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Consultant to help customers find the perfect camper for their lifestyle.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Maverick Campers, guiding customers from first enquiry through to handover. You’ll play a key role in driving sales while ensuring every customer has a professional and enjoyable buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage showroom and online enquiries
Qualify customers and recommend suitable caravan models
Present and demonstrate caravan features and inclusions
Convert leads into sales and meet monthly targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot experience highly regarded)
Follow up all leads and deposits in a timely manner
Work with the production and admin teams to ensure smooth delivery
Assist with shows, events, and promotions when required

Requirements

About You

Proven sales experience (caravans, campers, automotive, or retail preferred)
Strong closing skills and ability to build rapport quickly
Highly motivated and target -driven
Passion for camping, touring, or the outdoor lifestyle
Professional presentation and communication skills
Available to work weekends
