Responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate The Marketing Collective's marketing and advertising solutions tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction and company profitability.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Provide clients with ongoing support and follow-up to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business.

• Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex marketing and advertising solutions.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client relationships effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
