Sales Representative (For Active Pooling)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify leads through cold-calling, networking, and referrals.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.


• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight our unique value proposition.


• Negotiate service contracts, manage client accounts, and provide ongoing customer support.


• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


• Stay informed about industry and competitive trends to refine sales strategies.


• Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales or a related field.


• Proven track record in successfully selling advertising, marketing, or recruitment services.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


• Familiarity with CRM software and sales databases.


• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
