In partnership with global leading suppliers, we provide quality technology solutions including instrumentation, equipment, consumables and reagents for research, biotechnology, clinical diagnostics, education, and industrial applications.


We are currently looking for a Technical Sales Specialist who will be responsible for driving revenue growth through solution-based selling of complex scientific or technical products. This role combines strong technical expertise with commercial acumen to identify customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and build long-term customer partnerships. The position works closely with Applications, Service, and Product teams to deliver compelling value propositions and ensure successful customer outcomes.

Responsibilities include:




    • Develop and execute territory or account sales plans aligned to business objectives

    • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts

    • Drive sales pipeline management from lead generation through to contract closure

    • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM discipline

    • Understand customer workflows and translate requirements into fit‑for‑purpose technical solutions

    • Deliver product presentations, technical demonstrations, and solution proposals

    • Act as a key technical and commercial contact point for complex solutions, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience

    • Support pricing, contract negotiation, and tender responses in line with approved pricing, discount, and delegation frameworks

    • Manage customer expectations while balancing commercial outcomes and long‑term value

    • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity

    • Collaborate with Service and Applications teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.



To be successful you will have:


  • Degree in Science, Technology, or related discipline

  • 3–5 years’ experience in technical sales

  • Molecular diagnostics experience highly desirable

  • Demonstrated success selling complex products or services in B2B environments

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences

  • Strong commercial mindset with customer‑centric approach

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Comfortable with travel and working autonomously
