Sales Support Officer RE

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Support Officer – Real Estate to join our growing team on a fixed-term contract. This is a key front-of-office role and an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, administration, and working in a fast-paced team environment.

As the first point of contact for clients, you will provide high-quality support to the Real Estate team and play an important role in building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the branch, your varied role will include:

• Front-of-office reception/administration and customer service
• Providing administrative support to the Real Estate team
• Managing Property Management Trust Account
• Ensuring compliance with legislative and company requirements
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance
• General office administration and reporting

About You

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities and meet deadlines
• Confident using computer systems
• A positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude
• Previous real estate or administrative experience is desirable but not essential
• Be willing to obtain to a Real Estate assistant agents certificate and work towards a real estate licence
