Key accountabilities of the role:
• Design and implement state -of -the -art technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Lead and mentor a team of technical resources, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and system analysts, to understand requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
• Analyse long -term requirements for corporate systems and make recommendations for implementing custom applications.
• Interact with cross -functional teams and third -party vendors to drive complex deployments.
• Ensure system performance, security, and scalability while minimizing the total cost of ownership.
Qualification & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or equivalent area) with a minimum of 8 -10 years of related experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a technical architect role on Salesforce platforms.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification is a must.
• In -depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including sales clouds, service clouds, marketing clouds, etc.
• Demonstrate proficiency in multiple newer Salesforce technologies like Einstein Analytics, Lightning Web Components, etc.
• Excellent comprehension of Salesforce development documentation and coding standards.
• Ability to direct the implementation efforts according to architecture design.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence the decision -making process.
