SAP Basis with SAP Successfactor

SAP System Administrator –
SuccessFactors (cloud) and Business Technology Platform

Role Purpose: We require an experienced senior SAP
Basis and platform engineer to provide technical support, administration, and
operational ownership across the SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Business Technology
Platform (BTP). The role is responsible for maintaining platform stability,
availability, security, performance, and compliance across HR technology
services.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will
be a hands-on SAP technical specialist with deep SAP Basis experience, Employee
Central Payroll platform knowledge, and practical administration experience
across SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, IAS, IPS, Cloud Connector, SAP Router,
certificates, OAuth, transport management, system refreshes, and platform
monitoring. They must be comfortable working in a regulated enterprise
environment and able to engage with business teams, internal technology teams,
SAP support, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide SAP Basis and
platform administration support across SuccessFactors and Employee Central
Payroll environments.

• Maintain platform
availability, performance, security, and operational supportability across
production and non-production environments.

• Administer SAP SuccessFactors
platform services, transport management, environment governance, and release
support activities.

• Support Employee Central
Payroll technical operations, including payroll infrastructure, upgrades,
patching, monitoring, background jobs, and issue resolution.

• Lead or support system copy,
environment refresh, Spinifex cloning, post-refresh validation, and technical
cutover activities.

• Administer SAP IAS, IPS, SSO,
OAuth, certificates, trust relationships, and privileged access controls.

• Manage SAP BTP subaccounts,
destinations, connectivity, entitlements, role collections, and service
administration.

• Support SAP Cloud Connector,
SAP Router, RFCs, APIs, secure connectivity, and integration troubleshooting.

• Perform platform health
checks, performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and operational risk
mitigation.

Mandatory Experience:

• 4+ years SAP Basis
administration experience, including SAP NetWeaver ABAP, transport management,
monitoring, troubleshooting, background jobs, system copy, and environment
refresh activities.

• 3+ years supporting SAP
SuccessFactors environments, with strong Employee Central and platform
administration experience.

• Strong hands-on experience
supporting SAP Employee Central Payroll technical operations, upgrades,
patching, and payroll infrastructure.

• Practical experience with SAP
IAS, IPS, OAuth, SSO, certificate lifecycle management, SSL, trust
configuration, and security controls.

• Experience administering SAP
BTP, Cloud Connector, SAP Router, RFCs, API authentication, and secure
integration services.

• Experience operating in a
complex, regulated enterprise environment with strong documentation,
governance, and stakeholder engagement disciplines.

Highly Desirable: SAP SuccessFactors
Platform Administration certification, SAP Basis certification, CyberArk or
other privileged access management experience, exposure to large-scale HR
transformation programmes, and experience supporting geographically distributed
SAP landscapes.
