SAP HR Consultant (SuccessFactors / HCM)

• Strong SAP HR functional expertise covering
  Employee Central, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, and
  HR business processes.
  
• Ability to engage directly with business
  stakeholders, conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate them
  into SAP solutions.
  
• Good understanding of HR integrations, data
  migration, reporting, and security/role design concepts.
  
• Experience supporting end-to-end project
  lifecycle including design, testing, training, and deployment.
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to
  bridge business requirements and technical delivery teams.
  

SAP Payroll Consultant (ECP / Payroll)

• Deep SAP Payroll functional knowledge including
  payroll configuration, wage types, schema/rules, and payroll operations.
  
• Ability to work directly with payroll business
  teams to understand legislative, award, and operational requirements.
  
• Experience in payroll testing, reconciliation,
  defect management, and production support activities.
  
• Good understanding of payroll integrations, time
  management, finance posting, and downstream systems.
  
• Able to translate complex payroll business
  requirements into practical SAP payroll solutions and guide technical
  teams.
  

Requirements

SAP Finance Consultant (S/4HANA Finance)

• Strong SAP Finance expertise across General
  Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and
  Financial Reporting.
  
• Ability to facilitate workshops with Finance
  stakeholders and convert business requirements into SAP design solutions.
  
• Experience with S/4HANA Finance processes,
  month-end close, controls, reporting, and compliance requirements.
  
• Good understanding of finance integrations, data
  migration, testing, and reporting/analytics requirements.
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the
  ability to work across business, architecture, and technical delivery
  teams.
