About The Role

You will guide and coach agile teams to deliver customer value, build strong working relationships, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role contributes to enhancing delivery capability across Intelligent Solutions Delivery and supports high‑quality outcomes for stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Coach teams in Scrum and agile practices, enabling them to grow maturity, work effectively together, and deliver valuable outcomes for customers

• Facilitate planning activities, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and story mapping sessions to ensure clarity, alignment, and momentum

• Build trusted relationships across business and technology groups, helping teams maintain transparency and manage change

• Remove blockers and support teams to resolve challenges, driving flow and maintaining focus on outcomes

• Support continuous improvement, championing practices that help teams work sustainably and maintain a high level of delivery quality

• Work with Product Owners and Delivery Leaders to manage capacity, understand dependencies, and align delivery with strategy and roadmaps

What You’ll Bring

• Experience as a Scrum Master or similar agile delivery role, applying agile practices to support high‑performing teams in large organisations

• Ability to guide teams using techniques such as user stories, continuous integration, automated testing, and iterative delivery

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, using clear discussions to help teams resolve issues, navigate conflict, and stay focused on priorities

• Technical understanding of software development and the delivery lifecycle, enabling confident conversations with engineering teams

• Comfortable adapting to change, working with distributed teams, and contributing to a supportive, dynamic environment

• Certification in Scrum or agile disciplines, or equivalent experience applying agile frameworks
