Seasonal Casual Retail Stylist

As we head into our busiest season of the year, we’re looking for a Seasonal Casual Stylist to join our Mosman store. This is a great opportunity for someone with retail experience to support the team and deliver an exceptional customer experience during the peak trading period.

We’re looking for someone with strong availability across weekdays and weekends, particularly Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with flexibility to support the team during busy trading periods.

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales to deliver weekly/monthly/annual sales and margin targets.


• Constantly delivering an excellent level of customer experience to ensure brand loyalty and an increase in customer lifetime value.


• Upholding Assembly Label's retail operational standards and procedures.


• Working alongside the State Manager and Store Manager to ensure the store's data integrity and loss prevention strategies are executed in line with business targets.


• Maintaining the highest level of personal and store presentation standards.
