About the role

MSS Security is seeking a Full-Time Relief Security Officer to join our team at Williamtown, NSW. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, supporting the safety and security of personnel and assets within a high-profile site.

As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering exceptional customer service through a professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Observe activities associated with asset protection

• Guardhouse duties and night patrols

• Monitor CCTV footage and radio communication systems

• Provide first aid and liaise with Police & Emergency Response Services

• Review camera footage and write reports

• Conduct foot patrols throughout the premises

Skills & experience

• Certificate II in Security Operations and security licence

• First Aid and CPR certificate

• Current Open driver’s license

• Customer service experience

• Experience in monitoring a CCTV network

• NV1 Clearance (Must Have)
