Your new role
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Analyst to accelerate their career within a high-performing team. You'll further develop your accounting and advisory skills while working across a diverse portfolio of private entities.Partnering closely with Managers and Partners, you'll help lead engagements, deliver quality outcomes, and contribute to the growth of the practice. You'll also support the development of junior team members and act as a role model within the team.Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the delivery of engagements across private companies, emerging businesses, and high-net-worth individuals and family groups
• Working with clients to understand their broader business needs and deliver practical solutions
• Building strong client relationships with support from senior leaders
• Mentoring junior staff and contributing to a positive team culture

What you'll need to succeed
You're an experienced tax professional with a strong client focus and a desire to grow within a leading advisory environment. You'll have:

• 3+ years' experience working with private clients in a Big 4 or Mid-Tier Firm in Australia
• Strong Australian tax and accounting knowledge
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• CA or an equivalent professional qualification
