Senior Brand Manager

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead the strategy, growth and performance of our Allergy portfolio, encompassing a market-leading allergic rhinitis prescription brand and the launch of an OTC brand.

This is a highly strategic and visible role with responsibility for driving portfolio growth across Specialist, GP and Pharmacy channels while leading the successful expansion of the business into consumer. You will develop and execute integrated strategies that strengthen healthcare professional advocacy, accelerate pharmacy recommendation, increase consumer demand and deliver sustainable commercial growth.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Allergy & Eyecare, this Melbourne-based role offers the opportunity to shape the future direction of a high-profile portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction, growth and performance of the Allergy portfolio across prescription and OTC channels.
• Develop and execute insight-led marketing strategies that drive engagement and advocacy among Specialists, GPs, Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants.
• Lead the launch and commercialisation of a new OTC brand, delivering successful customer activation, pharmacy recommendation and consumer uptake.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities across new channels, customer segments and portfolio expansion initiatives.
• Develop integrated multi-channel campaigns that increase healthcare professional engagement and consumer demand.
• Lead forecasting, business planning, investment optimisation and budget management to maximise portfolio performance.
• Equip field teams with compelling tools, insights and training to support execution excellence.
• Leverage customer, market and competitive insights to inform strategy and drive business performance.
• Collaborate closely with Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial teams to deliver successful business outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare or a related discipline.
• 7+ years' healthcare industry experience, including at least 3 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing.
• Demonstrated success managing prescription brands and driving healthcare professional promotion.
• OTC, consumer healthcare or pharmacy channel experience highly regarded.
• Proven track record of delivering successful product launches and commercial growth.
• Strong understanding of Specialist, GP and Pharmacy customer engagement.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and execution excellence.
• Highly collaborative, agile and results-oriented.
