This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced DevSecOps professional to play a key role in securing and scaling globally distributed digital platforms used by some of the world's most recognized brands. You will work at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, security engineering, and platform operations, helping to build resilient and secure systems that support millions of customer interactions. The role offers significant exposure to modern cloud technologies, large-scale deployments, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, architecture, and security teams. You will have the chance to influence technical strategy, drive automation initiatives, and mentor other engineers while contributing to a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Accountabilities:
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure and CI/CD environments.
- Embed security best practices, compliance controls, and automation into development and operational workflows.
- Manage and optimize AWS environments, Linux-based systems, and globally distributed platforms.
- Lead vulnerability management initiatives, security remediation efforts, and continuous platform hardening activities.
- Monitor platform health, performance, and security posture while responding to incidents and operational events.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, and application teams to deliver reliable and secure technology solutions.
- Research and implement new technologies, tools, and processes to improve platform efficiency and operational maturity.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams, promoting DevSecOps best practices across the organization.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or DevSecOps roles within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in AWS, Linux administration, and cloud-native architectures.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automation frameworks.
- Deep understanding of cloud security principles, vulnerability management, and security engineering best practices.
- Experience working with containerization technologies and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Bash and Python.
- Solid background in monitoring, observability, incident management, and operational excellence.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to mentor and influence technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement and innovation.
