Senior Engineer - Civil

Our client URGENTLY requires Senior Engineer - Civil for 3months + Contracts in Nerang.

The Senior Engineer - Civil will provide technical advice to ensure efficient and effective asset management of state-controlled road infrastructure within the Region. This position is based in the Asset Management team with a strong focus on providing technical expertise to support design, construction, and maintenance processes.

Skills and Experience required includes:

• Conduct assessments of road infrastructure and prepare reports on recommended engineering solutions to particular problems.
• Determine the engineering requirements, including materials, critical components, and systems, involved in supporting project management and delivery.
• Maintain and apply all relevant standards, policies, guidelines, and legislative requirements necessary for the design and construction of road infrastructure projects.
• Manage and maintain effective liaison and communication with all levels of internal and external stakeholders on all matters relating to infrastructure delivery activities.

Government experience would be highly advantageous.
