About the Role

Hoxton Wealth is seeking a skilled and dynamic Financial Advisor to join our established Sydney team. In this role, you will work collaboratively within an existing group of professionals to service a portfolio of clients, while also expanding and refining our approach to holistic financial planning. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by enhancing client relationships, providing comprehensive advice, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Servicing: Maintain and nurture relationships with an existing book of clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with exceptional service and attention to detail.
• Holistic Planning: Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans that encompass investments, retirement, insurance, estate planning, and tax strategies tailored to client objectives.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow the client book by acquiring new clients through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the broader Hoxton Wealth team to integrate holistic planning into existing practices and enhance service offerings.
• Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and advice comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Client Education: Educate clients on financial planning principles and opportunities, empowering them to make informed decisions.

Skills and Experience

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, with a proven track record of servicing and growing a client base.
• Qualifications:
  • Relevant financial planning certifications (e.g., CFP, Diploma of Financial Planning, or equivalent).
  • RG146 compliance or willingness to complete necessary qualifications for Australian standards.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of investment products, tax strategies, superannuation, insurance, and estate planning.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and create tailored solutions.
• Drive and Initiative: A proactive mindset with the ability to manage client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Team-Oriented: A collaborative approach to working within a team to achieve shared goals.
