WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re on the hunt for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our exceptional design team. You’ll be working collaboratively to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling creative that connects, communicates and cuts through. You’ll translate strategy, messaging and behaviour change thinking into design that feels human, smart and purposeful — helping our collaborators bring change to life in ways people can see, feel and act on.
This role is about more than making things look good. It’s about shaping creative that makes meaning clear, builds belief and shifts behaviour — that has real impact on peoples’ lives.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Creative ownership
Own creative from concept through to final delivery
Shape visual directions that bring strategy, messaging and behaviour change ideas to life
Turn complex information into clear, engaging and practical design
Make confident design decisions and explain the rationale behind them
Present work clearly in internal and collaborator-facing reviews
Challenge unclear briefs or weak ideas constructively to strengthen the final outcome
Protect the creative intent while responding to feedback, timelines and project realities
Work closely with strategists, comms and learning partners, design leads, project managers and other creatives
Design execution
Create brand-aligned assets across digital, print, presentation, campaign, learning and motion formats
Maintain high visual standards across layout, typography, hierarchy, accessibility and craft
Design across connected systems, not just one-off assets
Ensure every piece has clarity, energy and purpose
Explain design thinking in a way that builds confidence and alignment
Take feedback with curiosity, maturity and pace
Prep final files for delivery across formats, platforms and suppliers
Work with printers, developers, animators, editors or external suppliers when needed
Build design systems, templates and toolkits that are practical, flexible and easy to use
Quality-check final outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency and polish
Help manage asset libraries and templates for efficiency and consistency
Anticipate design, production or usability issues before they become problems
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A strong portfolio of design work across formats
Confidence with Adobe Creative Suite (and ideally Figma or similar)
An understanding of brand, layout, and communication design
Experience working in collaborative, fast-moving teams
A sharp eye, a steady hand, and a passion for making things better
A can-do attitude and a love of good work, done well
Bonus points for experience in learning, internal communications, safety, behaviour change, complex B2B environments, or work that helps people understand and act on important information.
