Senior GTS Consultant - Contract - Sydney

Requirements

• 5+ years in Infrastructure Services / Managed Services / Cloud Consulting
  


• Experience handling enterprise clients in Australia or APAC region
  


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  


• Experience in large-scale migration and transformation programs
  


• Exposure to hybrid cloud and multi-vendor environments
  

• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
  


• Infrastructure: Windows/Linux Administration
  


• Virtualisation: VMware, Hyper-V
  


• Networking: LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, DNS, Firewalls
  


• ITSM Tools: ServiceNow, Remedy
  


• Monitoring Tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds
  


• Scripting/Automation: PowerShell, Python, Ansible
  


• Security & Compliance knowledge
  


• Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions
  

• Lead infrastructure transformation and managed services engagements.
  


• Design and implement enterprise IT solutions across cloud, network, security, storage, and compute environments.
  


• Manage customer relationships and act as a trusted technology advisor.
  


• Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  


• Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and proposal development.
  


• Coordinate with offshore and onsite delivery teams.
  


• Drive automation, ITSM, monitoring, and operational optimisation initiatives.
  


• Ensure compliance with Australian security and regulatory standards.
  


• Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and governance activities.
  


• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior consultants.
