We're looking for a Senior IT Application Support Analyst to join our Amplar Health Technology & Digital team. This is an opportunity to work on critical health applications that support the delivery of healthcare services across Australia while partnering with a broad range of technology, security, vendor and business stakeholders.

The Opportunity

As a Senior IT Application Support Analyst, you'll play a key role in maintaining the stability, security and performance of our Health Applications portfolio.

Working across application support, security remediation and project-to-business-as-usual transition activities, you'll ensure our platforms remain reliable, compliant and ready to support evolving business needs.

You'll be joining a collaborative team that values continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and delivering meaningful outcomes for both our customers and the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support across critical health applications.


• Managing incidents, service requests and problem resolution activities.


• Supporting vulnerability remediation and security uplift initiatives.


• Partnering with business stakeholders, vendors and technology teams to maintain service performance and reliability.


• Contributing to change, release and deployment activities.


• Supporting operational readiness and project-to-BAU transitions.


• Developing and maintaining operational documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.


• Identifying opportunities to improve support processes, resilience and customer outcomes. 

About You

You're a customer-focused technology professional who enjoys solving complex problems and building strong stakeholder relationships.

You'll bring:

• Extensive experience in application support, production support, service management or systems analysis within a complex enterprise environment.


• Experience supporting enterprise applications, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar business-critical platforms.


• Strong troubleshooting experience across integrations, databases, web applications and cloud-hosted services.


• Experience working with ServiceNow, Jira and ITIL-based service management practices.


• Exposure to vulnerability management, security remediation or operational risk activities.


• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. 

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare, insurance or another regulated industry.


• Exposure to Azure, AWS or cloud operations.


• PowerShell or Python scripting experience.


• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.


• ITIL certification or equivalent experience.
