Create your best future and join Westpac as a Senior Manager, Advocacy Programs, WIB
What’s the role?
You'll play a key role in helping Westpac Institutional Bank (WIB) strengthen and grow its most important customer relationships. Working within the WIB COO team, you'll coordinate strategic relationship and customer advocacy initiatives across multiple business areas, bringing people together around shared priorities and helping turn ideas into meaningful outcomes.
This is a highly collaborative role where you'll partner with senior stakeholders across the business, oversee key initiatives, track progress, and provide clear reporting and insights to support decision-making. You'll bring structure to complex programs, help remove roadblocks, and contribute to improving customer advocacy, engagement and overall experience.
You'll act as the connector across teams, helping align priorities, maintain momentum and ensure initiatives are delivered in a consistent and effective way. If you enjoy working across different stakeholder groups, bringing clarity to complex challenges and driving meaningful outcomes, you'll thrive in this role.
This is a full-time opportunity based in Sydney, with a minimum of three days in office (currently Tuesday & Thursday anchor days).
