About Us
At Bendigo Bank, we're not just a bank; we're a community-focused organisation driven by our purpose to feed into the prosperity of our customers and communities, not off them. Our values—Make a difference, Be better together, Own it, and Find the right way—are the heartbeat of our culture.
We are embarking on an exciting and transformative journey to build Australia’s most innovative, data-driven, and value-based audit function. Our Group Internal Audit (GIA) division has a new, bold strategy to move beyond traditional assurance and become a strategic asset that provides predictive insights and strengthens enterprise-wide decision-making.
This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of that change.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Senior Manager, Audit Operations to join our leadership team. This is more than a role; it’s a career-defining opportunity to build the operational engine that will power our future-ready audit function.
Reporting to the General Manager of Group Internal Audit, you will be the architect of our operational excellence. You will provide strategic leadership across our audit methodology, quality assurance programs, board reporting, and the adoption of cutting-edge audit technology. You will be instrumental in executing our 3-year roadmap, transforming how we provide assurance and insight across the bank.
