About the Opportunity

As our Senior Manager for Data Analytics & Digital Assurance, you won't just be filling a role; you'll be building a legacy. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Group Internal Audit, you will be the architect of our digital transformation.

Your mission is to lead GIA's evolution from traditional periodic audits to a state of continuous, data-driven, and predictive assurance. You will be instrumental in achieving our strategic vision, turning our audit function into a strategic asset that helps the Board anticipate risk and strengthen decision-making.

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Build the Future: Develop and execute the roadmap for GIA's digital future, embedding advanced data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools across the entire audit lifecycle.


• Drive Insight: Move beyond compliance to provide deeper, thematic insights. You’ll leverage data to create enterprise-wide dashboards and deliver real-time intelligence that matters.


• Lead the Change: Champion a culture of innovation within the audit team. You will lead, coach, and inspire your colleagues, uplifting our collective capability and fostering a high-performance, data-first mindset.


• Make an Impact: Partner with leaders across the bank to build a state-of-the-art continuous assurance and controls monitoring capability, directly contributing to our strength and resilience.

About You

You are a strategic, hands-on leader with a passion for data and a proven track record of delivering transformative change.

• You have significant experience in Data Analytics within an Audit, Risk, or Assurance function, ideally within the banking or financial services industry.


• You are an expert in developing data-driven insights, visualizations, and reporting, with experience in a variety of data analytics platforms.


• You are a natural leader, capable of driving change, coaching teams, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.


• You possess a strategic mindset, with the ability to see the bigger picture and the commercial acumen to deliver pragmatic, value-add solutions.


• Experience with continuous assurance, AI/machine learning, and building a data analytics function is highly desirable.
