We are seeking a talented Senior Manager to join our Operations & Transformation team based in Canberra. This is a permanent role that will support you in growing your career, working across a number of exciting client projects and an opportunity to be part of a market-leading team.


 


 


What will your typical day look like?  



This is an exciting career opportunity for a career focused Senior Manager to join our Operation Transformation and immerse yourself in services that drive operational excellence in government organisations. In this role you’ll engage directly with high-profile public-sector clients on their most important and challenging business issues - addressing and solving their priority operational related problems and collaborate with the Nagy Sorial and the team to deliver extraordinary results for our clients.


You will work alongside a talented team, applying your expertise to solve complex client problems. Your passion for continuous learning along with your ability to communicate and build strong relationships, will position you as a trusted advisor with your clients. Known for your strong project management skills and your ability to perform under pressure, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions.




About the team 



Deloitte’s Tech & Transformation client service team supports some of Deloitte’s largest clients nationally across a variety of industries.

You will report directly to the Partners / Directors in Operation, Industry and Domain Solutions team and work with team who prioritise client success.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:


 



  • A proven track record of hypothesis-driven analysis and problem solving, and delivering exceptional results for organisations in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

  • Variety of experiences in working in teams delivering complex projects in a client facing/advisory role, either in-house or in a consulting environment

  • Experience conducting analysis (desktop research, data analysis, reviewing documents etc.) and synthesising into digestible outputs (e.g. reports)

  • Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to articulate complex ideas and arguments effectively, both at Executive and working level

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients and stakeholders.

  • Strong and adaptable facilitation and communications skills, with the curiosity to learn and proactively to bring forward ideas

  • Experience leading and mentoring teams with a passion to develop others as well as self

  • Experience with creating business development materials.

  • Demonstrated experience in Operating Model Design, Process Improvement, Service Design, and Digital Transformation

  • Minimum AGSVA NV1 clearance
