Senior Software Developer

We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on
developer to modernise complex, time-critical applications supporting energy
market operations.

What we need

• Strong backend development
  experience with C# and modern .NET, preferably .NET 8 or later.
  
• Advanced Oracle SQL and
  PL/SQL skills, including performance tuning, transactions, locking and
  concurrency.
  
• Experience with
  asynchronous, multithreaded, scheduled or event-driven systems.
  
• Strong understanding of
  synchronisation, race conditions, timeouts, retries and failure recovery.
  
• Ability to troubleshoot
  across application code, databases, services, configuration, scripts and
  infrastructure.
  
• Experience modernising
  legacy systems while preserving existing business rules and processing
  outcomes.
  
• Strong debugging, root-cause
  analysis capabilities.
  
• Frontend experience with HTML5,
  JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS and Vue 3 is beneficial.
