Requirements

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Lead / Technical Business Analysis Specialist to manage and support regulated operational environments, with a focus on legal and regulatory capabilities, operations support, and stakeholder engagement, including law enforcement agencies. This role requires strong expertise in operations management, compliance frameworks, and handling sensitive data (PII).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead operations, support, and maintenance of regulatory and compliance-driven systems

Manage end-to-end operational processes for secure and high-availability environments

Translate legal and regulatory requirements into operational and technical solutions

Work closely with law enforcement agencies and external stakeholders

Ensure secure handling and governance of Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

Oversee incident management, issue resolution, and service continuity

Drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and service optimization

Support audit, compliance reporting, and regulatory adherence activities

Strong experience in supporting and maintaining regulatory capabilities

Hands-on experience working with law enforcement and external regulatory bodies

Demonstrated experience handling sensitive data (PII) in secure environments

Ability to manage complex operational environments with high compliance requirements

Education & Certifications (Preferred):

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field

Certifications in ITIL, Business Analysis, or Security/Compliance frameworks
