At the Bathurst Correctional Centre, you'll combine your trade expertise with people management, mentoring both Overseers and inmates while ensuring one of NSW's largest correctional facilities continues to operate safely and efficiently.

About the Role
As Senior Trade Overseer, you'll lead plumbing maintenance operations, guide Overseers and develop inmates through practical workplace training that supports rehabilitation and future employment. You'll plan and coordinate maintenance, manage resources and budgets, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality service delivery across the correctional complex.
