Maintaining, processing and checking monthly and ad hoc payroll/s for Australia \u0026 New Zealand employees Managing third party provider (Employment Hero) relationship ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA\u0027s) are met and resolving all queries in a timely manner Ensuring our payroll systems, processes and procedures support business needs and enable positive outcomes Responding to all employee queries within a timely manner and providing education and support on payroll systems Payroll reporting and analytics, including leave and calculations, payroll tax, superannuation and worker\u0027s compensation Partner closely with HR, Finance, People Operations, and external vendors Ability to provide relevant information in accordance with legislation when required Managing superannuation, PAYG, Payroll Tax and all payroll vendor related payments Implementation and tracking of payroll controls and compliance Month-end and year-end duties as required Lead and support complex payroll projects and leverage internal support teams, including process documentation, SOP development and training. Serve as the escalation point for complex payroll matters, audits, and stakeholder enquiries Customer Focus Identifies internal/external customer needs and ensures effective delivery of high quality solutions, products, and services that meet or exceed customer expectations. Stays up to date in area of expertise and demonstrates use of that knowledge to successfully achieve goals and objectives. Relationship Building Establishes and maintains strong relationships internally and externally. Contributes to a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion. Minimum 7+ years\u0027 experience managing end-to-end payroll for 400+ employees Qualifications in payroll diploma highly regarded Experience with Employment Hero highly desirable Proven experience partnering with third party payroll providers in Australia \u0026 New Zealand is desirable Understanding and keeping up to date of payroll legislation and market changes across Australia and New Zealand Superior attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrated customer focused approach to managing all queries Proven ability to work cohesively within a team environment to achieve desirable outcomes Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality Ability to work well within a fast-paced organisation often under tight deadlines
